My Sprinter van was due a recall for the airbag. The appointment was booked easily and the work carried out whilst I waited. It was even completed as I finished my free cup of coffee.As I expect to shortly sell the van, it's unlikely that I will be using them again though.

Very nice people. But I find service are not at all proactive. I feel like I'm the one nudging matters along in the right direction all the time. Service department needs to be more engaged, proactive and focused on delivering excellence. It's currently rather Laissez-faire :/

Took a work van in for a minor repair and it was done in an hour. Slight issue when I got there as the person who took the booking on the phone didn't inform the front desk but got sorted fairly quickly.

All the gear and no idea. asking them to do diagnostics on a van that was in limp mode they told me they can't read any fault because the values were all over and no back presure. still charged over 100 quid for absoultyly nothing so ended up going to a back street garage thats plugged it in and it turned out to be just maf sensor replaced it cleared the fault now runs as it should for less than these empty heads charged defiantly would not bother using them ever again.
