I really liked the friendly serving girls but expert coffee makers they were not. The small latte was really LUKE warm. I immediately took it back. She told me that it was heated to 120c, and I told her to get a new temp gauge device.Anyway, this time they got it right. I couldn't understand how they failed to tell that the temp was way below what it should have been since the cup was barely warm.Costa management? Get your act together.Sorry girls but I had to be honest.Also the pic of that chair isn't correct. There are no such chairs in that Costa (now).

Had the most lovely person serving me on the 20th of November around 5pm! I didn't catch their name but they were really helpful.I tried to redeem a free drink but turns out you can't in Odeon Costa! They let me know very nicely and I appreciated their understanding! Had a great hot chocolate, coffee frostino, and chocolate cake, thanks so much ✨

No vegan options at all, its 2023 and the Costa in the shopping mall manages to have options. Really need to do better

Service was terrible my wife and I both gave food to be warmed at same time my wife had eaten hers before I got mine even then I had to ask where mine was also prices were more expensive than the one up in the high street.

Staff always in a negative bad mood... Even when there is no much customers....Am a costa customer for decades.. And i Like costa the coffee.. the brand and everything..Also a good thing the coffee shop closes at a late hour.
