firstly, i was very disappointed with how the opening event happened in white city. i made another order when i returned home to see it get cancelled. i will not be purchasing from here again, very unprofessional behaviour from a ‘reputable company’.

i love this place! i went today and it's so nice to be able to try products on my skin. there wasn't any makeup when i went unfortunately (one of the workers told me it was a shipping issue they had) so i'll be back in a few weeks to see the makeup!! it's a bit on the pricey side but reasonable if u consider the fact that they had to ship it and u cant really find that many kbeauty shops in london! i definitely recommend u check it out :)"

I have been to South Korea twice in the last year. This shop reminds me of Olive Young, a large South Korean chain, this is a good thing. I recognised a lot of the brands. It has regular brands and up and coming brands. It covers creams and makeup.The price point is fantastic. Has a huge choice considering it is actually a small space. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you are into K Beauty or not, it is definitely worth a visit. If you can't make it, their webpage is also excellent, more available online. Also if out of stock in store check on line.

Very cute but very crowded. The products are high end, good quality and no nonsense But there is a large price mark up compared to the price they are online so I didn’t get anything. Also the staff follow you around rather closely.

Yesterday I took my wife to this Korean beauty store. She was delighted with the variety of high-end products. She saw the types of good protection creams and foundation creams, as well as the beautiful lipsticks. The best types of Baby Cream are also available. The prices were very reasonable and average compared to the rest of the stores. The location of the store is a little crowded, but it is good. The store is tidy and comfortable, but it needs ventilation and fragrance due to the small area of ​​the store in relation to the number of visitors. We wish you success and blessings

The shop is clean and the staff are nice the experience felt a but stressful because of the amount of people that were inside. I wish they would take the time to manage that better and do a queue system. I could barely turn around or comfortably shop. The products are of good variety and pricing as expected for london. I think I will just order online next time

The store has a nice selection of Korean Beauty products from brands that are not really available elsewhere, not easily available anyway. The prices are alright even though they do tend to be on the higher side but given that they carry a selection of brands you cannot easily get elsewhere in the UK it is understandable.The shop staff was not rude per se but when their systems did not work property at checkout they did make it like it was my fault as if my funds were insufficient which was not the case. It is an honest mistake, but the attitude was unnecessary. Otherwise, they left me to shop alone and no bothered me. When I did want to ask a question I was ignored even though I was the only one in store will a basket full of items. I guess it is more important to cater to those who have not yet decided to buy anything and convince them to make a purchase.I am not going to hold this against the shop though it might have been a bad evening for the shop assistants and it was nothing all that bad but compared to the friendliness I experienced from a nearby shop/ sort of competitor I was a bit disappointed and expected more.Overall, I loved their selection of products and being able to shop exclusive brands. The quality of their products is top notch and will definitely shop there again but perhaps will focus more on the online side of things particularly for larger orders.

cute little store. pretty pricey but if you're in the area it's worth it so you don't wait for the long delivery other shops have. good customer service.

Nice interior! They have a wide selection of Korean skincare. I’ve ordered from them twice before, and now a physical store makes buying even more convenient! Although, their shipping doesn’t take that long either (and they definitely have more products online). But I appreciate being able to try products on my skin, so I will definitely come back :)
