Carbon Rewind

Fantastic job completed by the two men today and in very cold snowy weather.They worked right through (didn’t even stop for lunch or warm up) to get the job completed in the time they were allocated despite the problems that occurred during the job. There was no doubt what company they were with as they both had the logo showing. They were polite, considerate of me working at home and tidied up afterwards. Would happily have them back to work again.

Carbon Rewind were the administrators for a grant that my mother received to install solar panels on her home. This grant was to help reduce my mother’s carbon footprint and reduce her energy costs.I cannot fault their communications throughout the process. We were always kept up to date at every step and notified us of any date changes well in advance. The staff were always very polite and knew their product offering which helped with any questions we had.Even after the install we have several follow up phone calls and emails to check all was ok. They also ensured all documents were received and were up to date with signatures etc.The initial home survey was also great with the surveyer being very patient with my elderly mother. Based on our own experience I cannot find fault. Antony Martin from Carbon Rewind called 3 months after install to check all was ok and if their were any learning opportunities for them which was unexpected but very much appreciated.Thank you!!

Today I was greatly impressed by the timeliness and professionalism of Genti from Carbon Rewind. He called me to confirm his appointment & estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and despite having traveled from London to the South West, he was cheerful, polite and worked hard going above and beyond to complete the job.Carbon Rewind have also been extremely helpful, ensuring all work needed has been done to a good standard and giving me peace of mind where I’ve expressed concerns. Very happy with the overall company, with the customer care service and Genti.

Jon Huxley came to do my wall insulation. He was very thorough and professional and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Ellis Cormack did my boiler installation. He was also thorough and friendly. He explained how everything worked before he left. Both guys went above and beyond to help.

Carbon Rewind did an excellent job with the installation of my Solar Together Solar PV System with EV Charger, So no hesitation in awarding 5 Stars.All 4 steps of Scaffolding, Equipment Delivery, Panel Installation and Electrical connection were completed in an efficient, professional manner as scheduled by the excellent, friendly Eleasha in their office working around my availability and providing outstanding customer support.I was especially impressed with Gentian my Electrical Engineer. Having discussed & listened to my requirements, He found solutions for equipment location and wiring in an elegant and neat manner working extremely hard to finish in a day including taking the time to setup and explain the Solis App. Thank You.

Despite a hiccup when the first engineer came we then had Lucian come to our property to fit the new boiler. He was fantastic, really nice guy, very clear when explaining the finished job. Would recommend applying as it’s well worth it if your eligible.

The whole process was seamless a special mention to Owen Shannon who went over and above with installation. Despite the difficulty the conduit was placed invisibly the app handover was well explained. Will Stremes promptly arrived and roofing/panel placement carried out quickly and efficiently. 5 star service from them both!!

The rendering guys Ladislav and Marek were just outstanding. Their professionalism and skill was amazing. The Customer care skill of Ladislav was just superb. The insulation and rendering was beautifully done. I could not have wished for more.The scaffold and finishing team were also great. Plus Ashley in the HQ who was booking works in with me and constantly updating me and checking all was going okay was so professional. Great company great team.

I was highly impressed by the workmanship carried out by Martin & Boris.The hours that they put in, cleanliness, explanation and advise, were all of the highest calibre, despite some adversity they sadly experienced.I cannot recommend Carbon Rewind highly enough.Were the same service needed in the future, I would consider this company before any other.
