We have had flooring laid today by Kinv, arrived on time, removed old carpet and finished the job within a few hours. We are very pleased with the outcome. We would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

We had Kinv install new flooring throughout our ground floor. They were professional and kept us informed from start to finish. Very happy with the excellent job they carried out and would happily recommend them to others

Utter disgrace of a business and advise strongly against anyone using this business. We had flooring delivered and was recommended an underlay by Paul the MD. The floor then began to warp and when we tried to resolve this he told us there is nothing he can do. We were told it was due to direct sunlight, we have a West facing house and only get afternoon sun so don't see how this is the case and means any room with some sun will mean the floors will warp. The product has a 25 year warrenty so asked about this and told he couldn't do anything and had to go direct to manufacturer. We contacted the manufacture who said he is responsible for the warrenty. When I contacted him back it was his issue to deal with. The manufacturer were rather helpful although their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. We were told it was due to the wrong underlay being used. This is what was recommended by the MD and when we requested to return unopened packs he refused. We raised this with the manufacturer directly and a few days later an exchange was agreed. We have now got the correct underlay and will wait and see if its any good. The MD will try wipe his hands of any wrong doing if there are issues. This seems similar to another review that has been logged. He will do well to deliver products don't don't expect any level of service.

Had a fanatic experience with Paul at Kinv. We ordered a few boxes of Quick step flooring and Specialist underlay which were all great. Delivered on time as expected, great quality. Paul was spot on with his communication and super helpful all the way. Will be back here for our next project.

We had commercial vinyl floor installed in our shop 2 years ago, after few months the floor started lifting up causing tripping hazard. We have reported it and contacted the company straight away but got back nothing else but excuses, delays and very unprofessional approach. Eventually we had to pay different company to rectify the situation. Appalling after sales experience and extremely unprofessional customer service.
