My wife popped in to the Oxford store (Westgate) at 2pm ish to treat herself on New Year's Day. The sales assistant was quite abrupt and not particularly welcoming or friendly. Disappointed

Bought a gift card for husband's birthday and booked up a clinical aromatherapy massage - very well liked

They discontinued so many of the nice things they used to make, and prices keep going up...

The staff are always lovely and helpful. Cassie (I think that was her name) went the extra mile by wrapping my gift to perfection. Another staff member made pleasant conversation with me whilst I waited. Can't wait to visit again.
