What an amazing pub. Run by a husband and wife team who obviously pay great attention and take huge pride in the quality of the food and drink they serve. Food all home-cooked. A party of four of us were staying locally for an event close by over the weekend and we were lucky enough to eat and drink there both nights. The fish and chips is genuinely the best I've ever had - and I've had a lot :-) - so much so that I had it for the 2nd night as well although there were multiple other dishes on the menu that also looked hugely tempting. And on the 2nd night I had a starter with olives, hummus and marmite butter. OMG, the marmite butter.... Another OMG for the apple crumble and cream I had for dessert on the first night. I was pretty devastated not to have been able to have that again on the 2nd night but was full from the starter and main.The Red Hart is worth travelling from London specifically for. What a find. Thank you and well done to the owners. You should be proud.

We came across this wonderful pub by chance on our way home from the Midlands. The food and customer service was exceptional. The chef came over to talk to us, what a lovely lady she is. If ever we are in the area again, we will be back and will recommend it to all our friends and family.

We had fish and chips one Friday,absolutely stunning meal! So delicious, plenty of it, and was packaged in recyclable containers. Would highly recommended. Leah and her team are fab!

We booked The Red Hart as a venue for a surprise 60th birthday party. From start to finish the owners and staff were so helpful! The buffet food was incredible - everyone complimented it on the night! The pub inside offered a lovely atmosphere, as well as the pretty beer garden! Perfect venue for the event. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely return!!

Had my first even Butty Bach beer just now and wow…quickly turned to first 3. Paul was a legend, great locals, great beer. What more could you want from your first pub experience in wales. Thanks Paul will be seeing you again soon!

I recently contacted the Red Hart with an idea of having my dads surprise birthday party at the pub. With not much notice at all Leah and Paul provided an amazing evening with delicious food in their perfect venue. I would highly recommend this pub for anyone looking to hire it for a private event, a great meal or even a few drinks with friends!
