This was the first time using this business, my usual guy was ill (long term) so I found these after a search. I was so pleased with the work, he was careful of my furniture, explained everything as he went along and was obviously very experienced. I will definitely be using these guys again & would recommend them to anyone. Very professional, good value too.

Really happy with the service from Richard. I enquired via the website and he got in touch with me quickly to arrange a time to carry out the work. He arrived first thing as promised, laid down coverings and got to work after a brief discussion about the chimney. I bought the house in August and despite it being swept last January, I decided to get it checked again for peace of mind. It took longer than the usual 30 minutes - seems a previous, different sweeper wasn't very thorough. Richard sorted it no problem and told me what I need to do to keep it up to scratch. Would recommend Richard to anyone!

This was the best service I have had from anyone coming to my home! Richard was absolutely lovely. So polite and customer centred. It was a bit of a tricky job but he persevered with no feeling rushed or abandoning the job and still only charges the quoted price which was very reasonable. He was incredible tidy (no mess was left at all) and it was an incredibly sooted up aga flue. He made sure the Aga was working before he left too. I cannot recommend him and this company highly enough and will be recommending this company to all of my friends, family and coworkers. Thank you so much

I contacted Wilkins to book a sweep of my wood burner flue, I was offered an appointment within 5 days which surprised me greatly at this time of the year. Richard came within the stated time frame and completed the job with no fuss or mess. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I will without doubt be asking him to return in the future to do a sweep.

First time we have used this company and will definitely use next year.Richard arrived on time was very pleasant did a clean very efficient job. Even learnt a few valuable tips on fire lighting being relatively new to log burners.Would certainly recommend.
