We can’t recommend ID Oakwood highly enough! David was great to deal with from start to finish. Prompt response to our request for a quote, we were happy with the price and were able to start work the same day. David and his colleague worked efficiently and had the several trees we needed removing down within a matter of hours! All mess cleared and waste taken away. Will certainly be contacting David for future landscaping work and recommending to friends and family needing these types of services.

From the very start I had total confidence in David and the company - he listened to my requirements, made very useful suggestions and frequently checked that I was happy with progress at every stage . He and his colleague worked quickly, carefully and neatly - Two trees were taken down and several pruned or cut back. All waste was removed and the site left clean and tidy. His quoted price was fair and he made certain I was happy before he left . Friendly and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for knowledgeable advice and work.

Super fast and responsive - I was called within 20mins of submitting a request, tree was viewed and quoted the next day, and then cut down the day after! The team were fast, friendly, and left the garden tidy. Would 100% recommend them in the future.

Ivan was absolutely brilliant, came to quote and ended up staying to do the job on the same day. Really professional job, was mindful of neighbouring gardens, cleaned up and worked quickly and safely. Had full trust in him and would highly recommend his work. Reasonable quote too given the extent of the work and size of the tree. Checked throughout we were happy with the shape, size and work and confirmed everything was good when finished. Brilliant work and customer service. David was quick to respond, professional and finished work to high quality. Not only gave quote and finished job within a week, but also made sure throughout job that we were satisfied with work before continuing, provided advice on future maintenance and said after if we saw anything that we weren’t happy about to give him a ring and he’d come to sort no problem. Despite being recommended by neighbours the previous year, I had a bad experience at the hands of what turned out to be cowboys. Therefore, it was a pleasure to deal with David at Oakwood Tree Surgeons and Landscaping services and his colleague Ivan. David was not the cheapest quote but having met him he proved to be the most knowledgeable of those providing quotes. He was polite, punctual, skilled, and most efficient; stopping only to explain what he was doing and ensuring I was satisfied with the progress. Great service from David and his team at ID Oakwood. My neighbour was having a tree felled and I asked if possible could David give me a quote to reduce and tidy our trees, bushes and ivy. He not only quoted but was able to do the work straight away. Very efficient job and all taken away leaving the garden neat and tidy. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and checked with me how I wanted the trees shaped.Would definitely recommend this company and hope to use them again in the future. We had one huge copper beech felled and another one's crown reduced. 

Excellent job done by helpful, extremely professional and conscientious team. The job was done exactly as we hoped for with minimum disruption and the site thouroughly cleared and tidied. The climber who did the crown reduction is a real artist.
