Spent £12000 on a new kitchen. Company takes no responsibility for electrics, plumbing, plastering etc. OK with that until I pointed out a potential problem with small area of plasterwork but both their own contracted fitter and their worktop supplier still went ahead and fitted kitchen around it. When it came to sorting out final few snags Orrlee washed their hands of the problem - in fact told us they would normally charge us for their contracted fitter to take down and refit extractor fan so plaster could be fixed. So two pensioners have no hob to cook on for the sake of a minor fix in a £12grand job. Talk about a company being penny-wise and pound foolish. I always prefer to spend local, support local businesses but when they behave like this it makes it difficult not to just go to the big guns in the trade.

Alwyn has such a big heart- patiently went through till we made our choice, put up with the antics of a 5 years old at the same time. And he has got a lovely range of items too.
