Gas fire service completed today by Lachlan. Fantastic job and I’m happy to have found a reliable engineer who cares about his customers and the work he carries out including tidying up :) I’ll be staying away from the previous ‘cowboys’ that broke part of my fire! Thanks Lachlan for your help and will see you when the radiator needs moving

We have had problems with British Gas servicing our living flame gas fire as no-one seemed to know how it worked. Spoke with Lachlan and he arranged a date to come out and have a look. On arrival he quickly took the fire apart cleaned it up properly and gave it a thorough service with no issues. Very professional service, would highly recommend him.

I arranged a boiler check three weeks in advance. Lachlan arrived right on time, got the job done with minimum fuss, and gave straightforward advice on what to do in future. Certification and the invoice were issued by e-mail immediately afterwards. Excellent service.

Definitely feel like we are in safe hands with Lachlan. Very professional, knowledgeable, and knows what he is doing.He does our annual service, and we have had him replace a boiler.We have used him for years now, and will continue to do so.Would not hesitate to recommend.

We have just had a new boiler fitted and are very happy with the service we received from start to finish.We were given good advice from Lachlan about which boiler would suit our house best.Installation took one day with great care taken to protect carpets and the property while all work was done.We had 3 quotes and went with A Touch of Gas as we were very happy with the advice offered in comparison to the other companies.The price of the job was fair and competitive.

Lachlan replied to my request for a gas engineer giving me a date and time when he could carry out a service and repair of my gas fire. On the due date he arrived on time, ready to get on with the job. He was very professional . I could not speak more highly of him . His rates are very reasonable. Thank you Lachlan.
