I am not naturally drawn to kebabs. For some reason, kebabs put me in mind of lager, technicoloured yawns and patriarchal cul de sac's.However, the Istanbul Sunset Grill has done much to dissuade me from my prejudices.It is a very friendly shop with beautiful staff who are wonderfully pleasant and kind, and if you are not sure of a dish; they are so confident in the quality of their food, that they will go to the trouble of giving you a little taster.The portions are very large, the chips are perfect, altogether a very well deserved 5 stars.

One of the best kebab shops that I have ever been too. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the food was even better. To start off with, the fries are always perfectly fried and are high quality, The fried chicken is perfectly seasoned and coated with a heavenly bite that fills your mouth and melts, the doner kebab is quite frankly one of the best doners that I have ever had in Norwich and lastly the jalapeno poppers which are like little balls of heaven.

I find most lamb kebabs chewy, however this was not the case here. Soo tender and juicy definitely the best kebab I’ve ever had in Norwich. They also aren’t shy with their pizza toppings :))) only good things to say.

Istanbul Sunset Grill
Probably the best kebab shop in Norwich. It’s very clean, everything is made in front of you and tastes fresh and delicious, and the customer service is very good. The boss even made us a pizza when they were about to close and gave us free chicken wings because they were going to be thrown out if not, which I thought was very kind of him. Cheesy chips are also amazing. Highly recommend!

I love the Istanbul sunset grill!Baris he’s so lovely always giving out the best costumer service! We had a Margherita pizza on a night out and it was SO GOOOD!!!!Deffo reccomend if you’re around unthank road!!!

If you're fancying cheap and good fried chicken, this is the place to go! Their lamb shish is out of this world. easily the BEST KEBAB joint in all of Norwich. Their fries and pretty legit and leaves a great after taste! You can also trust their hygiene as i go there in person a lot and see how much care goes into everything!
