Booked a childrens birthday party here. The staff were great throughout, from booking to the day itself. We made an alteration to the numbers and paid for some extra guests, unfortunately due to illness a couple didn't turn up. Staff gave us a refund on the extra paid, as a gift voucher to use at Flip Out. So we got the kids some drinks and still have enough for another visit. This is a great place to bring the kids, huge inflatable area with all sorts of activities to do including obstacle courses, slides, a big jump and even a knockout game. Would definitely recommend a visit here.

We booked the standard party package. Communication leading up to the party was excellent. The children had a fabulous time wearing themselves out, the package included the room, the socks and stone baked pizza which were very tasty. Amy our party host made it so simple all we needed to do was turn up and remember to bring the cake. Fabulous experience and would recommend.

An amazing place for children and adults. The place is really clean, large and modern. I adore pizza (the best pizza ever) and ice cream here. advice to visit!

Booked all inclusive for our granddaughters age between 11-13. Really good value and the girls enjoyed it. It was very well organised and clean everywhere. The staff were very helpful too.We enjoyed a coffee and the girls had unlimited slush drinks, 2 hours of fun, socks and a large hot dog at the end.We would definitely recommend and will return.

Fabulous fun for children.Staff i play area polite and helpful.Need work on the cafe area.Staff standing around,long queues, not serving, not cleaning tables, very abrupt.Tables filthy and not wiped down at all.Really lets the place down

Flip out, great for the kids, especially if it's bad weather.Plenty to wear them out.Staff are amazing, they keep an eye on the kids and they interact with them which makes it feel safer.The cafe is well stocked.Unlimited slushies are ideal.
