If I could have left zero stars I would .The secretary I’ve spoken to today is one of the rudest women I’ve ever had the mis fortune to have dealt with. What a poorly run service /I won’t be back ..No wonder this place has such terrible reviews ..After being told I couldn’t have my bloods taken for 5 months because “they are busy “ , I called my local GP and have booked to have it taken next week..I suspect this place needs a government review and I will be making sure my complaint is taken seriously .
