TK Maxx

A great mix of clothes of home-wear. Reminiscent of an upmarket car boot sale. Sadly the prices have gone up a lot recently and no longer the budget friendly shop it once was.

Disappointing and has to be one of the worst TK MAXX I've visited. Very unkempt with shelves full of stuff strewn about. Mens clothes were also very poor. Anything above a large and you're struggling for choice. Not saying don't visit, just don't have high expectations

Good selection of men's wear and home section. Even better being an employee being the double discount weekend and getting20% off already discounted items. Bargain!

You need to have a good look around to find what you want

Always visit this branch. Store is clean well stocked with absolutely everything you could think of. Staff are amazing they are always helpful, friendly and polite and will always help if you need it. Love visiting this store

Posh jumble sale . I don't believe some of the mark ups they put on things . Shoes are always mixed up with a wrong size foot as a pair. See lots of people leave their shoes and walk out with a pair on as saw 2 pairs that didn't belong in the store .

Usually, this major retail outlet is an excellent example of customer friendly relationships.BUT ......Today has seriously marred my opinion of this establishment.Our teenage son had new shoes to return post summer holidays .... Only for the sole of one, to peel off within 5 weeks of wear. Admittedly, not the fault of the store & more so the manufacturer.The young assistant was only too pleased to resolve the issue. We had the receipt .... Clearly indicating the purchase, but needed help from her superior (& you don't get much higher than store manager)This pillar of authority waltzed towards us to rectify the 'complaint'His 'expert' knowledge of footwear was evident, as his only solution was to offer a gift card ..... A refund .... Or limited stock for a replacement pair being against store policy".Apparently

The staff team are amazing and great at helping you out. Today I went in to collect a parcel waited nearly 25 minutes for it, the manager came and spoke with the staff member, staff member explained she was waiting for the machine and Jo the manager walked off. After 25 minutes or so I asked to speak with her, instead of coming to speak to me she ran off into the warehouse no apology for the wait or anything, staff were great and could not apologise enough as for Jo the manager what can I say? I informed staff she needed to brush up on her inter personal skills and communication. I will give the staff team 5 stars but as for management they get less than 3.
