Sending a HUGE thank you to Julia and the team at Bridal Caprice!! I absolutely loved my wedding dress, which was gorgeous from the start but made even more beautiful by a whole new lace train which the in-house alterations team created for me! I was floored by the final product and received so many compliments throughout the wedding day on how the dress looked as if it was made for me. I also couldn't be happier with the communication from Julia and team - from my initial appointment trying on dresses through to the final fitting, everyone in the shop was absolutely lovely and made the whole process feel seamless. I would highly recommend Bridal Caprice to others, especially if you are looking for in-house alterations to make your dress uniquely stunning!

I would like to start by saying thank you to Inga for an amazing job helping me find my perfect dress with all the right accessories. I was so happy with their quick response when booking an appointment as I only had a few week until the wedding.After I told her what I was looking for, She found me three lovely dresses, she then helped me in and out of all of them.She had a great eye as I fell in love with the first one and she even added the perfect accessories to go with it, I was then measured by their in house tailor on the same day. I would also like to thank Camilla for her help on the second fitting.Inga was professional, helpful, kind and the store was small yet cozy, with a spacious sized dressing room. There was also enough space for my family to join me.Overall my experience was pleasant and I would definitely recommend Bridal Caprice Boutique to any bride.Thank you again for all your help

Visited shop with my daughter , lady in the shop was very helpful and patient. We didn't have appointment and was lucky that she didn't have appointment after her last couple, we waited for 10 minutes outside at the nice table. Great thing is that they have such big stock and lots of choices from different types and price ranges. Lady showed us website where we can see even more. All in all definitely I would recommend shop.

Julia is sooo helpful! This was the first store I went to for my Wedding Dress. Julia picked my first dress to try on and it was the dress I ended up choosing for my Wedding day.She is a wonderful lady who instantly learned my personality and chose the perfect dress for me. xxI would 100% recommend x

I want to thank Julia for the whole experience from the first email to the moment when I picked up my dress.The whole team is amazing and SO CALM.Me and my party attended the first appointment with an open mind, even if I was already set on the style of the dress that I wanted and with a picture already send to Julia with a dress from the store.Little did I know that the dress that I wanted was waaaay out of my budget.She let me and my party wonder the store and picking up other dresses and trying them.She was upfront with me regarding the price of the dress and the high probability of me loving the dress despite the fact it was out of my budget, what I want to say is that I was impressed with her ethics and the fact that she prioritise the client's budget. It took me few minutes to convince her to let me try the dress and surprise, I was in tears.My dress was a dream! I felt like a real queen in it.The customer service is top notch even if I was the rude client couple of weeks prior to picking up the dress.They did all the alterations needed, few of them on the day that I picked up my dress.I was so happy and satisfied with their team that I came in with 3 more formal dresses for alterations.I would recommend anyone to go to this store.You will find the most honest and helpful team.I will attach some pictures with my dress, the veil is also from their store.Thank you so much Julia and Inga.

From the moment I entered, Julia was so welcoming and helpful. She was very patient with me and helped me every step of the way. You would expect it from a bridal shop but Julia went that extra mile with me and made both my visits a very comforting and memorable one. I couldn't be more happier to have chosen Bridal Caprice, they truly have a wonderful selection of dresses and the care that is given is that icing on the cake. Julia at Bridal Caprice... I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for helping me find my wedding dress last year! I can’t believe I found it with a last minute booking that I fitted in on the way to the pub to meet friends. When I came in to your store I had a completely different dress in mind but it was on your suggestion that I tried on Goshenite. Thank goodness for your advice :) it was perfect in every way. You all made so much effort and time for me. My now ‘husband’ told me as soon as he saw me at the ceremony that it was the most perfect dress. I loved it so much and felt like a goddess. So thank you.

I had a great experience with Bridal Caprice. They have a wide range of dresses from really amazing designers, despite being a small boutique. Having visited about 5 different shops in total, I can honestly say that Julia's approach to customer service is great. She did not pressurise me into purchasing the dress the first time I visited. She suggested I take photos and return to try on the dress again before making the final decision, which I found to be valuable given it's such a bid decision to make. It's great that they also offer in-house tailoring so there is no need to search for this separately and they were able to make a few customisations to the dress. They also agreed to store the dress for me until a few days before the wedding which was really helpful. I was so happy with the final look and can't thank them enough for helping me choose the perfect dress. I would highly recommend visiting this store. Thank you so much Julia xx

Julia at Caprice has been very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of dress selection and multiple fittings. She and her staff were very patient and did not mind going through a few fittings to ensure the dress fits my body perfectly. The atmosphere in the shop is also very relaxing. The fitting area is spacious and elegantly decorated, unlike some other bridal dress shops which are small and crowded. I am so happy that I have chosen the dress for the church ceremony and morning session. With the fitted and mermaid cutting and the satin material, it just looks so elegant and slim.
