I booked a deep tissue massage at reception and I got advised on the different practitioner and how they operate so I could choose the right one for my needs (lower back pain & tight hips). The treatment itself with Monica, deep tissue massage and acupuncture, was great! She listened to my needs and used a range of different techniques to treat the issue; massage, acupuncture, and stretching. I would def rebook in the future.

Rianne was excellent. I finished a couple of months of treatment for my ankle with her last week. Played my first game of squash this evening and it felt great - my strength and stability on my whole left side was the best it has been for a really long time.Rianne gave me three really great sessions and the exercises seem to have made a massive difference so thank you!

I came to Fix after an RTA left me suffering serious injuries leading to me losing mobility in my neck and other joint problems. The marvellous Kristina Schraut has treated me since and has given me the best treatment I could have wished for. Not only have I regained a lot of movement back in my neck Kristina has taught me a whole exercise regime which has motivated me to get fit, lose weight and has given me hope for the future. Her professionalism and empathetic and caring attitude to me has provided me not only with physical health benefits but has also helped me to deal with mental health issues related to my accident. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Especially grateful with Theano who has massively helped me with not only the knee pain I had as initial complaint but also addressing the root of the problem and develop a training program. A lovely, calm, clean and organised space.The reception team was super helpful and welcoming, making everything smooth and effortless.Met with Laura M, who was exceptional. My booking got changed and Laura just happened to be to the Osteopath working on the day I planned to visit. She was calm, professional, explaining everything very clearly all the time.My intention was not to return, as it is a little far from where I live, but I immediately booked another appointment as I stepped out of the treatment room.
