I enquired last week for the price of acrylic french tip nails told £25,when I went for my appointment was told it was £35,then said no its£30,went to the cash machine to ger £30 ,had nails done,went. To pay and told £35,same thing happened to my daughter with the one in upstairs, and now I have come home I see big pink blobs under my nails ,and not even filled to the edges,looks like I've stuck cheap pink false nails on from poundland!

Booked a last minute appointment on a Sunday afternoon. My nails (all natural) has gel polish on and hadn't been done in 3 weeks! The speed and accuracy of the nail technician was excellent.

I used to go there for my nails quite often because they are actually good at it, they were always reproducing the things I wanted, no issues with that but they are unfortunately very rude. Going through the comment, it seems like we are all referring to the same lady who I think is the owner. A few weeks ago, I went about 12pm for remove and add new gel and they lady told me to that there is a 2hrs wait. I waited as I didn’t took an appointment so fair enough but after 1h waiting, she told me that they actually don’t have time for me and to come back the day after. Never stepped a foot in since this day. There is also loads of nails salon in the area for the same prices even cheaper and at good quality so don’t bother going there

Linh is absolutely amazing been here couple times for pedicures and she even cut some of my ingrown toenails out and relieved my pain. I highly recommend you give here a go

Had biap polish removal which wasn’t expensive, the lady Linh was very nice and chatty, she did an excellent job left no residue on, I liked that she gave the same attention to my polish removal as if I was having a more expensive gel procedure, wasn’t rushed and very thorough. I’ve also had gel polish feet and hands always lovely selection of colours and a lovely job, and reasonable prices too.

Very Disappointed, not going here again.I have been to the shop a couple of time and felt nice when a different lady was doing my nails. But I am not going there anymore from the experience I had today. The owner lady was very rude. I was asking the prices for different designs and she looks like she was getting annoyed. She has doubled the price of my nails which I have done previously from the same shop at cheaper rate. The staffs concentrate on chatting and gossiping more than their work. Very unprofessional, speaking in their own language and sounds like they are commenting about the customers. Worst customer service I ever had, this is why the shop is always very quiet.
