Aimee designed my wedding dress, and it was absolutely perfect! She understood what I was after and produced a dress that was even more exquisite then I thought possible. The process was very straightforward and every dress fitting was full of laughter. Nothing was too much trouble for Aimee and her mum, and she went above and beyond. I think we had about 5 fittings in total as she wanted to ensure it was 100% right. My mum and mother-in-law came to fittings with me and they both could not stop raving about Aimee and her work. She has such a wonderful eye for detail and what would work for you. If you want a dress that is fabulous, unique, and made just for you, with built in confidence, Aimee is your woman. Fantastic service at Corsetry and Couture when getting my wedding dress altered. Aimee was just brilliant and my dress was absolutely perfect. She was so accommodating during all of the pandemic rigmarole and did a brilliant job of the bridesmaid dresses too. I cannot recommend Aimee enough!

Aimee and her Mum are the best! They are the kindest ladies and nothing was a bother. They altered my wedding dress and also added a few pieces from my Mum’s and Grandma’s wedding dress to my dress ❤️ It was so very special and they made my dress fit like a dream. Can’t recommend them enough ✨

Aimee is great to work with! She is friendly and approachable, and listens to exactly what her customer needs. I visited Aimee for help with a too-small bridesmaid dress that I thought would never be able to fit - and she was able to make it fit well without losing anything of the original style. I'm so pleased with Aimee's work - she pays great attention to detail and goes above and beyond what is asked of her. Aimee's work is precise and beautiful.

Could not recommend Aimee enough! She altered my wedding dress earlier this year to absolute perfection. I requested additional sleeves but only had a general idea of what i wanted, Aimee managed to make the perfect floaty sleeves that tied into the dress seamlessly. Not only that but she made them removable so later in the evening I was able to take them off and completely change the look of the dress. She's a master at what she does and such a lovely person; highly recommend!

Aimee was brilliant - a fab couturier and a lovely person, thoughtful, creative and inclusive. I had a dress that needed alterations and I wanted to add embellishments. She was very helpful with working out how to achieve my dream dress and veil within my budget. Aimee did the highly skilled work of altering the dress and making my veil, and gave me guidance on how to do the lace appliqué myself. I would 100% recommend Aimee for all your seamstress needs! Aimee is able to recommend what would be best to get the best fit of your wedding dress and puts you at ease throughout the whole process! Your wedding dress is in the best hands with Aimee, please use her, the best in the business! If I could give Aimee 10 stars I would. She’s the fairy godmother of seamstresses! She literally saved my life when it came to salvaging my wedding look. I bought my wedding dress from Vivienne Westwood in London (which went without a hitch) and a second outfit from a bridal store in the north east, which came with a sea of problems - from it turning up 2 weeks out from my wedding date (despite paying for it 8 months ago), to the incorrect item being sent, to the bespoke order being incorrect and not fit for purpose. All in all super stressful, however Nana Jan and Aimee could not have been more helpful and quite honestly legendary. Both are so lovely, and super talented. What a pair! I’ll be visiting again to get any cloths altered or even bespoke / made to measure. Thanks so so so much. Natalie xxx
