Phone Clinic Southport

Bought a brand new in the box iPhone from this company I had it about 3 months and it stopped working, I went to EE to check the signal and was informed that the phone had been blocked as it was stolen, I went back to the Phone Clinic who said they would refund me but would keep back £50 as I had discarded the box! This was 3 weeks ago they eventually today gave me my money back minus £10, they sold me a phone that was stolen and I had to pay £10 for the privilege, do not shop there!!! I will review this store every two weeks until they reimburse me my full phone purchase price, these people have no scruples, money is their other god.THIS STORE IS STILL SCAMMING AND THIEVING.

Visited Phone Clinic on East Bank Street in Southport to get my screen replaced on my IPhone 6 and paid £40. On getting my phone back the finger print technology to unlock my phone wasn't working and I had to put the pass code in manually. I queried about this and was told it may take a while to activate.3 weeks later the finger print technology still wasn't working, I then went back, showed my receipt and informed them about the issue that I have and that it worked fine until they replaced the screen. The gentleman in the shop looked at my phone and said it's due to the screen and will need changing again, however they couldn't do it currently as they didn't have the correct screen for my phone. The gentleman then said he'll need to get one from the market then he can do the job at no extra cost. I was asked to come back 2 days later and the job should take 5 to 10 minutes.2 days later, I appeared and was told he'll need an hour, rather disheartened to hear this, especially after being told 5-10 minutes I had no choice but to wait.After an hour I was then told the screen has been replaced however the fingerprint technology still wasn't working and was told that my phone will now need to be sent to the lab to be repaired.This wasn't an option as I'm in the security industry, the phone is a work phone and I'm on call 24/7.My phone as a result still hasn't been repaired and looks unlikely to now be repaired unless I try another more professional company that can repair the issue that the phone clinic has caused.As a result I lost 2 days earnings trying to get my phone repaired, £40 for the cost of a new screen which they caused a new issue and £3.00 car parking cost, £1.50 each time I visited. Not happy!!!!

Worst people too go too. Kept my phone for months on end broke it basically and tried charging me for it messed me about having me come back and forth closing shop up then when I went back for the phone they didn’t even have it as was in Liverpool .. finally got my phone back no Face ID so have another problem with my phone now.DO NOT BUY OR TRUST this place worst phone shop I’ve ever been too

Please DO NOT USE this service.I paid £100 to fix my phone, which broke instantly the same day after completion due to the flimsy screen, which I was assured was the correct one for my phone, but the material seemed very cheap.The back of my phone, which wasn't even broken initially, then broke due to the heat machine they needed to use, of which I also had to pay for the replacement. A day after the screen broke, the back of my phone then fell apart, which I have never had a problem with previously, leaving the camera.When I finally got through to them on the phone, I was assured of a refund or a free fix if I brought the phone back. However, on arrival, I was refused this.Please stay away if you want to avoid the stress and poor end result.

Gave them a decent review b4 Christmas. On collection after paying £90 for repair was told no guarantee given. Also paid Out for a new sim holder and a decent cover. 3 weeks later have a useless mobile. Beware this shop at all costs

Avoid this shop at all costs, paid £90 to get a new phone screen replaced.They also sold me a protector as they said it would ensure the screen would never break. A few weeks later a piece of the screen broke of under the protector. Went into shop and they said they couldn't do anything as I must have dropped it, which I did not. They where very unsympathetic didn't even offer a deal on repairing, wish I had checked out all the other bad reviews on here before I had gone there

Avoid at all costs, wish I'd read some reviews first, yes they fixed my screen but now my camera doesn't work!! They said its a software issue and they can't fix !!? (It was working fine until I visited this awful shop) my sim card keeps failing too now! complete waste of £75, there's other much better phone clinics in town.
