Withy Grove Park

A great park for the area and free parking. The park is well presented and lots of activities. Wish there were more like it in other areas.

Lots of parking, great selection of climbing frames, swings and slides. Sand pits and picnic areas are clean. Parking is free and ice cream man swings by after dinner!Suits kids from 2 to 9ish, lots of stuff for them to play on. Plenty of benches for drinking coffee and wondering where the kids have run off too.Ots pretty safe as its fenced all the way round too. Great fun for a few hours.

For a free fun day out it's a fantastic place to take kids of all ages free parking right beside the park there is a leisure centre with toilets that are free to use right beside the park the park is massive with a sand area a big and small slide a zip line a helicopter spinning line climbing frames swings roundabouts allsorts of fun things to do bring a ball and play football or whatever game you like on the massive field bring along scooters or skateboards for the little ramp area there are ice cream vans on site with an ice cream cone starting from £1 dogs can be taken along but can't go on the children's play area but there is ample grounds for them to walk eun and play just outside the children's play area where you can still keep an eye on your children playing perfect for taking picnics

I came across this place when visiting a relative in a nearby care home. In terms of a public space to walk and exercise it provides an ideal balance of paved walkways and green space. I like how the pathways can be navigated, to tailor the amount of walking you want to do, long, short or somewhere in between. There is parking and bins for poop bags too!

The park use to be really good but has gone down hill massively this last year. You'd of thought with the money spent on the football pitches, they would of freshened the park up. There's a lot more children wanting to play on there while their siblings are playing football. It's a big disappointment from the council.

Really good park. Lots to do for younger kids and older as well. Plenty of fun to be had. Ice cream van nearby for refreshments and a nice area to walk around later on. Leisure centre right next door too if you fancy a swim!

Great play park for the kids. More apparatus than any local playgrounds I can think of. Fencing all the way round. Variety of older kids and toddler activities. There's a drinks kiosk there but was close about 3pm on Saturday.

Great variety of different play areas for all ages, plenty of free parking congratulations to the owners for this as in this day and age money making is usually the priority, not kids enjoyment and fun. PS if you want to contribute to keeping it free just purchase something from the kiosk. Will be back with the grand kids

This park has had a complete makeover !. It now has two all weather pitches and changing rooms. A safe place to bring your children with plenty of playground equipment.
