They're fine as a store just don't expect them to be open when you get there. Twice I've travelled to pickup orders and found them closed well within advertised open times.

Manahil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in exchanging a pack of.coach screws for a larger size. She was courteous, efficient and made the process easy, which as a pensioner I very much appreciated.

My experience with tool station and their staff was a pleasant experience. As English is my second language, I struggled to order my tools but James helped me and reassured me. Thanks James and behalf of all their staff! Top stuff, will visit again soon.

Probably the best toolstation in London, I should know I have been to a few of them! Friendly professional team who are always helpful. It's very handy to have this store within walking distance.The staff are friendly and you can get most things required for DIY projects, either by going directly to the store the same day or having the item/s ordered in for collection that day or at a later date, if not in stock. The only downside is that some items are more expensive than their competitors.
