Great experience. Took my company car for a service here today and the service team were brilliant. Great hospitality and comfy seating available if you are waiting and they send you a link to your car’s progress as well as a video from the comprehensive free health check. Complimentary wash too. My only slight critique was that there were no power outlets in the waiting area and I needed to get on with some work but I am pretty sure they would’ve helped me had I asked so no big deal.

Just got my second Golf from Lookers in Preston. My first was Golf GTD, great reliable car that I had for just over 4 years. My second is the Golf GTI Clubsport, words on the car fail me at the moment as it’s simply Beautiful!!So I ordered this car in November 2021 and was told there was a “wait” and 19 months later we are here. Lookers communication was timely and informative throughout this period, which was important to me. A special thank you must go out to Daniel Scanlan(Danny) as he is professional but also has an excited energy about him that is infectious. Danny spent a good 30 minutes on the internal aspects of the car which saved me lots of reading and frustration! Thank you to Lookers and particularly Danny … trade well guys!!

Visited this morning, as the car was making an awful sound. I had no appointment, but Dan went out of his way to help me. He squeezed in the car, to be checked, and in less than a couple of hours, he had called me back to explain the car had been fixed. A few loose bolts. I was extremely thank full. Dan and the team went above and beyond to help me out today. That is what I call genuine customer service. I will not use any other garage in Preston. Fantastic customer service !

Picked up my new car today (ID3) and Danny was amazing. He was patient, friendly and enthusiastic and spent a long time showing us all the features. To be honest he was great from the very beginning when we wanted to change our car. Danny coped with all the times I forgot things or had urgent questions. Thank you for such a smooth experience!
