APC Exeter

It's difficult to describe just how bad this company is, my 24hr delivery has not been made, it's been five days. They do not answer their phone, it's just an 'option 1 loop'. They do not respond to emails. Neither do they respond to their online form. They LIE. They lie about where your parcel is, they lie about delivering it. They apparently drive to near where you live and say they can't find the address. They won't call back, they won't call your number if they can't find you and most of all, THEY DO NOT DELIVER. These people need investigating.

This delivery company do not deliver. At approximately 3pm today, the delivery driver pulled up outside our gates, took a photo of our gates and the house, and then drove off. He did not attempt to open the gate to the drive, let alone ring the doorbell where I had been waiting for the delivery all day. I then get a notification telling me that I wasn’t in, with the photo the driver took attached. APC Exeter, appalling.

I had problems contacting them about my parcel I had them postpone, concerned it had been lost, but when I got through confidence was restored, very politely and efficiently served. Realised their problems were due to staffing issues, much more important in many ways than a delayed parcel to me. Yes I would be happy if I was being delivered to from them. Somehow I felt my parcel was always secure, thank you APC Exeter.

Awful company I've found so far.I received no dispatch confirmation so the first I heard of the parcel coming it was already a missed delivery. I then used their email portal to request a set day where I would be in to take delivery. This was clearly ignored as they just tried to deliver again the next day, where I wasn't in again.Tried calling, they're using the Covid excuse (in 2022) for the phones not being manned (after being on hold? What's going on there then?). No response to emails, useless.I would say mark and avoid. What a terrible company. Awful.

Tracking showed we were the next drop parcel didn't arrive the Exeter office never answered the phone tried for 3 hrs steer well clear.

I recently placed an order with a reptile company I've used for several orders now and this is the first time my order has been delivered (well, not delivered.) By APC. My partner waited in all day as I was working and they said they'd deliver on the 18th, no knock or anything, no calling card to say I'd missed it either so I tapped the reschedule options and arranged for today. Come about 2:30pm and still nothing, I decided to ring them and a gentleman answered and was unsure so he said he'd call back in 10 minutes. Which is fair play as someone did ring back before 10 minutes was up but it was a gruff and very condescending man trying to describe to me where I lived like I didn't know where I was. His tone and manner was abrupt and I did not feel comfortable speaking to him and he said he'd attempt to deliver again tomorrow. By this point i don't think the contents will even be alive as it is feed for my lizards.Honestly quite appaled by this experience.Edit - Package arrived in awful state but thankfully all of it was there.

(Exeter)They went to wrong address, using my flat number as a house number. they have a phone system not being answered, just goes round in circles, they are not responding to my emails.Appalling!

I don't normally do reviews, but the service provided by APC deserves a mention. An attempted delivery was made last Wednesday and their website said a card had been left. No card! An email from APC said that an agency driver called and is not given cards! I rearranged delivery on line for Friday. Nothing delivered on Friday. I then tried emailing and calling with no response. Further email sent the following Thursday, no reply, but a text received on Friday morning stating that the parcel would be delivered the day before on the Thursday! Anyway it was eventually delivered Friday lunchtime, 10 days after the first attempted delivery. A total shambles!

If I could give zero I would. Ordered some fishing bait on Thursday which was dispatched on an overnight delivery for Friday as needed it for an important competition on Sunday. The parcel was received at APC Woodbury depot at 7.16am on the Friday but was not delivered. Tried to ring them but recorded message stating staff shortage re covid, easy excuse theses days, and so sent them an email. No reply at all from them. Parcel arrived on Tuesday afternoon with the bait half dead. Useless.

Delivered on time. Driver nice and polite
