My usual experience of One Stop shopping is fine. But there is one member of staff who has a big attitude problem. She usually serves me the paper on a Sunday morning, as she did today, Nov 12th. She rudely ignores any greeting and looks surly throughout the transaction. She needs to work on her interactions with customers, and at the very least, return a greeting.

EXTREMELY RUDE MEMBER OF STAFF.I am literally in shock right now, i ordered online, they deicided to give me the wrong things, i would've rather have been offered a refund over having 4 bottles of the same thing that will now go to waste.I called the member of staff who turned around and literally couldn't care less, as i was still speaking she decided to huff and puff and cut me off.Disgusted at the customer service
