An unkempt looking man who, we were very surprised to find out later, was a director showed us around a property and was very bullish and rude. He insinuated that my wife was stupid for not wanting to purchase the property there and then. The property was frankly a bit of a hole. Kept boasting about his Mercedes and led us to the conclusion that he was a bit of a prat.</div>

Knows his stuff & straight talking. Throughout the sale any problems were dealt with quickly & calmly. George from the progression team was brilliant. Everyone liaised & did everything in their power to make it as easy as possible. I have bought & sold several houses over the years & never had such fantastic service.</div>

We chose Strakers to sell our home as they were the agent selling the bungalow we wanted to buy. No other reason at that point.However, we soon found that, mindful of competition for the bungalow, they worked flat out to get us the market I double-quick time and got us viewings the same day we appeared on the web. Although we missed out on the bungalow by one day, Strakers found us two willing buyers with the offers we were looking for, all within three weeks of putting our house up for sale.They the worked with us to find an alternative bungalow, and continue to do so. Each time, their suggestions have been based on our needs and although the search still goes on we are confident that we have an effective and practice agent on our side.</div>
