I had a wonderful experience at this Clinic, very homely, tranquil and professional. My Phsiotherapist was very gentle and friendly with me, she also talked me through the process and has helped me with the pains I have been having. She also provided me with exercises that I can access online. Excellent service!

Went for an appointment and no one was there, with no prior notice of my appointment being cancelled. I tried emailing and calling, but the email was undeliverable and the phone number was inactive.Based on this level of customer service I would not recommend Nova PhysiFit.

Elizabeth missed two appointments due to problems with scheduling which was frustrating. Didn't really feel listened to either. Not the best experience.
