Ross Care, Sheffield - NHS Approved Wheelchair Repairer

Booked a repair, and 2 hrs after the given time slot, still waiting,Called but running a little behind was the excuseWaste of time

I would not even give me this company one star, but had to. they are terrible to deal with, do not return promised calls, do not turn up and are very unorganised. Even their own employees conplain about them.

Shocking customer service, lady was rude and unhelpful, nobody returns promised calls. It had taken them well over two weeks to even enquire about new casters. New wheelchair is broken from the minute received and then when i ring and ask for a repair, im told repairs are down to the customer to pay for and sort. Why this company is NHS approved I'll never know

So My daughter had a puncture in her wheelchair tyre and they came to fix it this took 4 weeks ! within a day it had punctured again this was back in July ! I’m still waiting for solid tyers and new rims to replace the old ones as as she’s been having to use her chair to get about! She’s unable to plug the brakes on properly and rolls down the hills at school and when she’s out and about ! Phones severel times to see what’s happening no one has ever rang me back! Was told the tyers came booked an appointment to have them fitted no one showed up ! Phoned them back apparently the tyers haven’t come just the rims now they are waiting for tyers what the hell !! July my 4 year old has waiting for all this I’m sick of ringing

Excellent service really friendly helpful staff didn't rush us and took time to show me how to use equipment would definitely recommend

My tyres on my wheelchair bald and my electric wheelchairs keeps slowing down I've been waiting for new tyres for the last 6 weeks they was meant to come today between 3 and 5 and they're still not here they are an absolute joke of a company Clark and Partners that old wheelchair company hospital used was much better please do not use this company they are sugar honey iced tea

My mums electric wheel chair failed to charge up. Ross care sent an engineer called John out to the care home several days later who claimed the charger was at fault and left another charger plugged Before leaving . The battery still wouldn’t charge. I then tried two other compatible chargers and they too wouldn’t charge the battery. Pretty obvious to me at that point the batteries knackered.I then phoned back to report my findings and pre book the same engineer to attend on the following Friday. He didn’t turn up. I phoned office Monday spoke to a lady called Sheila to ask why he didn’t turn up. She couldn’t tell me why but promised to call me back that afternoon to offer more dates as a matter of priority. It’s now Wednesday , Shelia still hasn’t called me back. How do companies like this stay in business. ???
