Love this place! Have been coming for two years, and plan to do so for many years to come. The atmosphere is welcoming and kind. When I was new to St Albans the Yoga Hall was one of the first places where I started to make friends. I became part of a community there. This was made possible because of simple things like sharing a tea after yoga class, but also profound beautiful group work like chanting and a circle for women once a month. I'd highly recommend the Yoga Hall!

Started pregnancy yoga here at around 15 weeks and have absolutely loved it. Have found the balance of exercise, stretches, breathing and meditation just right. Laura is great and very knowledgeable. She always takes the time to find out how you are and often seems to include useful and appropriate exercises within the class. The herbal tea, homemade cookies and opportunity to chat after the class are an added bonus. Unfortunately I am relocating so will really miss this class in my final couple of weeks of pregnancy!

Absolutely fabulous yoga sessions. Laura has led me through two pregnancies and mother and baby yoga sessions and I have genuinely loved every one. She is a much needed tonic to pregnancy and post birth ailments.

wonderful instructors, very welcoming and inclusive, I am so glad I went to Laura's postnatal yoga classes - such a positive experience for myself and my little one. A great opportunity to meet other mum's in the area too.

So grateful to Laura for the mum yoga and baby massage. It was the first class we did post baby and we look forward to it every week. It’s a warm community and the class has such a grounding effect.

The Yoga Hall is a haven in the centre of St Albans. Laura, Finlay, and the team are incredible, and make me feel like part of the family. The restorative workshop is simply heavenly, and I always come out of the yoga hall feeling calm, centred and rejuvenated. There’s a class to suit all abilities, and I strongly recommend that you weave this place into your life in some way.

Warm, friendly and welcoming. I have been visiting The Yoga Hall for many years and couldn't even begin to describe the benefits that I have reaped from my practice there. I feel so lucky to have such an amazing, open-hearted yoga community close by. Would recommend without reservation to anyone, whether they are a complete beginner or an advanced yogi.

I am so glad I found Laura’s pregnancy yoga class! This offers the most beautiful space to both stretch and strengthen your body during pregnancy but also integrates incredibly relaxing cathartic movement and still meditations with a lovely restorative relaxation at the end. If you’re looking for a soul enhancing pregnancy yoga journey this is the place to be!
