My husband had a high temperature yesterday, we went to A&E, everyone is so caring and kind. The nurse and doctor are very patient and nice. The service we received is definitely worth a five star rate. Thank you.

Came in with a chest pain and was made to wait for 9hrs. Chest pain is considered as an emergency on the NHS website but apparently not urgent enough to be treated soon. Also, the receptionist booked me in under the unwell" category instead of emergency-chest pain which delayed the whole process. The emergency response service is bad and people might even end up losing lives due to this delay. There is no proper coordination between 111 emergency services and the hospitals to check if a critical patient can be treated immediately or not. Horrible service!"

Was brought in by ambulance with chest pains. After ECG was taken up to Ambulatory Care who ran all kinds of tests on me. We all got sandwiches and juice and the staff, even under pressure, were so extremely kind and laid back, which helped reduce everyone's panic greatly. Then taken into Main A&E for assessment by doctor who had all the test results and was treated with kindness, respect and genuine care. The doctor went out of his way to write me a prescription I could fill anywhere and to offer advice as to where to go with this condition next and is writing to my GP with a plan forwards. Really clean building and easy parking too. Arrived 2.30 pm and was discharged at 10 pm. A long time, but they did a LOT of tests and wanted to make sure I was safe to go home. Excellent.

Have been waiting here for the last 5 hours. Came to A&E due to high fever chills and cough. And has been suffering for 3 weeks. None of the staff, starting from reception to nurses seems to show empathy or compassion. To make it even worse, they don't seem to follow any kind of queue system. As people who came after me were going to see the doctor. The reception staff are not explaining anything and no one seems to care.Worse experience and really disappointed and still waiting to be seen by a doctor.

On the 16th June 2023 about 12am-ish, my cousin and I attended the Wexham Park Hospital share my in the Slough, as my cousin ended up with cement lodged in his right eye whiles at work. I honestly have to sincerely thank Dr Joe and nurse Dagmar really came through with the patient care and support while dealing with my cousin eye issues washing/cleaning out the cement from his eye with saline,(4 bags may I add)… The whole procedure took about 2hrs from start to finish, I couldn’t show them more gratitude even if I tried, thank you guys for everything you rock.. Now with all due respect and in the kindest way possible, thank you again, but I hope we don’t meet ANY of you again lol jokes jokes. have a great weekend and keep up the amazing work your doing, cheers..!!Dagmar is cute right eye guy/builder lol

Disgrace!!! My 11 week pregnant wife started heavy bleeding at 8.30 pm on 09/05/2023 went to a&e by 8.55 pm. She been bleeding heavily all the time waiting to see doctor. Informed the staff severs times so we can get some attention, concerned about the lil one but got nothing, after waiting for 4 hour, 12.55am doctor comes in waiting area and makes an announcement as there is only one doctor on shift it’s gonna be another 4 hours wait for the patients currently in waiting area.Melted me down…I don’t believe in this system anymore. This was my second visit in NHS service for my lil one. (1st was for myself when I fractured my wrist which I knew it was fracture after doing X-ray in another country after two months, went to gp and they recommended physio therapy saying ill receive a appointment letter which I never received instead of doing X-ray even after requesting)Even called 111 for any advice and they clearly stated to me they can’t help me and left my mrs to bleed all this 4 hrs saying she’s at best place. What I don’t understand is every month me and my mrs contribute towards NHS from our earnings then why do I have to go through all this. There were 6 staff In reception I noticed for all 4 hours we spent there. But one doctor for all the patients who especially came to see the doctors but not receptionist. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT HERE, AND NEEDS ATTENTION…After all this I had to leave for home as there was no hopes of any medical attention. As google is better than the service offered by our NHS.Well I’m not blaming the staff working, but it’s the SYSTEM in the country and it’s the FACT.
