“Started this month and good process so far” >the above statement was my review when I was made to leave a review the day I was picking up the keys to the property.I wish I could go back in that moment, and not signed the agreement. I signed for 6-month contract and paid 4 months in advance rent payments. Having been in the property for 2 months, I’ve requested to end the agreement and to my shock I was offered 1 payment off (from the 6 contract payments) and to vacate the property within the week (so having lived in the property for 2.5 months only) - absolutely disgusted by that offer.The reason for me requesting to leave the property is unfit living conditions - boiler problems causing no heating and no hot water. Out of my 1st 3 months, I’ve had maybe 30 days of problem free living. Apart from that, every 2/3 days the boiler becomes an issue. As of right now, the boiler is not working.I have been trying to get an engineer to visit since 21 June and today is 28 July - still now luck.On top of it, there are other issues such as no bedroom locks, no bathroom locks and again I’m not allowed to do any of this without their permission. It’s been 3 months like this and I still have to complete the 6-month contract with them.I am looking for tenant support and council complain options and preparing for formal complaint to the local council.Cannot honestly recommend to anyone after these experiences.

It was horrible and a bitter experience. Guys don't ever rent from this pple. They are tricky, cheat most especially Khasif. They offer bad house service to what they charge. If u have had any tenancy agreement with them pls go back to recheck with what is writing in there and don't ever follow what they tell u with mouth. My £1863 stuck with them. A three month rent by following word of mouth.

Poor landlord, tells you to view a home after scamming you of 3months rent to then infront of your face give it to another person who only looked in the windowShameful place never go here you will spend move then its ever worth he cares for the 5*ratings never his tentants,

Dirty scamming people, told my partner to view a house to only say on the phone that it was already taken to another, wonder if its true that there was tracffacking in that building dirty is all i can say, home2let if you are reading then be sure I will take you to the papers the radio everywhere to close your down nowYour worth no star rating matey!!!
