Purchased a lovely longarm machine at the malvern quilt show. Lots of information and advice from sa sewingmachines friendly people. Lots of advice for my daughter as well on other machines. So helpful on everything sewing. I contacted them when I had difficulty with machine.i was not threading it properly. 2 minutes help and its working great. Thank you so much for your friendly service.

They are great communicators, friendly and have strong technical knowledge and a sound understanding of what a sewer needs, with 40 years experience to draw on. They told me about every machine they had in stock and others as well. I picked a machine that was not in stock. They ordered one for me and it was there the next day. Very knowledgeable about their products and not pushy with sales pitch. A shop I would readily recommend to others.

Great staff, fantastic service!The machine servicing is competitively priced and guaranteed quality, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!They went the extra mile for me, bringing a rep from the manufacturer to personally demo a new machine to me because I have a particular set of queries(about the software, embroidery machine specifically) and needed some more depth!Absolutely excellent, looking forward to shopping there again very soon, and a solid go-to for my servicing and machine needs for the future! :-)

I took my daughters sewing machine in for a repair having been damaged in a recent house removal. The service was prompt, professional, pleasant and thorough. I took the machine on Tuesday afternoon it was ready for collection on Thursday afternoon , having had a thorough check and repair . I have used SA Sewing Machines before and highly recommend them. In this case I even brought the machine from Preston as I knew I would get good service.

I met Saeed at the Knitting & Stitching show held recently in Harrogate. I was browsing the show looking for a sewing machine. Saeed’s knowledge, skill & perfect attitude won me over… his demonstration, explanation and perfect sales pitch (no pressure to purchase at all) won me over and I purchased a machine from him. The machine arrived a few days later…. I am so very happy with my purchase and I know that Saeed will happily give me any after sales that I need.Thank you Saeed
