First trip to a drum shop in nearly 2 years. The guys were as friendly and helpful as ever. Picked up an awesome HHX cymbal for a great price. They always have interesting toys in stock, so well worth a personal visit if you can.

Went in on the off chance they had a bracket for my ageing Roland e-kit. They didn't but they did improvise and gave me a metal one which does the job perfectly. Super friendly and great service. Love the handsanitiser rig.

Went in as a guitar player and came out with a drum mic!I popped into sound attak for advice on mic'ing up drums for live shows and IEMs. The chap in there spent ages chatting to me about our setup (it was the same as his) and gave me tons of free advice. I purchased a snare mic and left feeling like I hadn't been sales pitched into buying something, but like I'd purchased something we need, that was competitively priced and will make us rock even harder!It was genuinely nice just to talk to someone who is as passionate about live sound and willing to give all the advice. Without even mentioning or insinuating that I need to buy something.I didn't catch his name and I'm unlikely to need much else as a guitarist but if I ever do, or I meet someone who needs to know a drum store, I will never hesitate to recommend Sound Attak. A fantastic example of exemplary customer service.Thanks guys.

This is the best drum and percussion store that I’ve ever been to. The guys are great people that show great hospitality and extremely helpful, more keen on helping you than selling you whatever. Gary also runs a repair shop in the back (which he was kind enough to let me into) where he expertly repairs and refurbishes their used gear as well as anything you may want brought back up to full spec. I spent most of a day there picking out a serious kit upgrade and they let me bang on as many of them as I wanted, for as long as I wanted. I really cannot recommend this shop more, it’s worth the trip from virtually anywhere (definitely from London).

The staff could not be any more positively enthusiastic and warmly helpful. They are obviously professional musicians in their fields and have a great vast knowledge of all of their store and the industry. You may be in awe when you first see all the amazing drum kits but you will be relaxed by the friendly knowledgeable staff as soon they approach you or visa versa.

I've used Sound Attak for years now and customer service has always been top notch. Helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. Would recommend to any drummers out there.
