Needs a Physical Key, not just the app to unlock the car etc. Other than that - a perfect drive and service.

The car is brand new and the communication with the operator was brilliant! You can find the information on the app and you can have a chat on the app. They respond quickly and very helpful!The return also was so easy!I highly recommend this company and will use them again!

It went super great. car was impeccable and service pretty easy. caution money was refunded next day.

WARNING! All of their Teslas have “chill” mode enabled, which severely reduces their acceleration! This makes the (otherwise brilliant) Long Range Model 3 shockingly slow. I highly recommend UFO Drive instead, as they do not restrict their cars!

I am very happy with the service provided! Very easy procedure to register and rent the car. The instructions on how to find the car, how to unlock it, report any damages, and how to operate the vehicle were very easy, and everything was done in a few minutes using the virtuo app!!It was a great experience and very helpful when I needed to rent a car for some hours on a Sunday when every other company was closed...

Super easy to rent a car with Virtuo. Great car too. No need keys as you only need the app and Bluetooth on. At Earl's court, Virtuo bay easy to find with the indications, car spots quite small as they are in a parking. Super easy and smooth experience!

i have been treated with utmost disrespect from virtuo with this car rental.The person I spoke to from customer service was extremely unhelpful. I have waited over 2 hours and paid a parking of 20 pounds for someone to come and change the Tyres as virtuo instructed. I waited over an hour and the guy from AA came at 5.55pm and said nothing can be done , a temporary sealant can be applied and instantly needs to moved to a safe zone as the tire cannot be driven on. After waiting 2 hours in total for assistance to arrive to replace the tyre , i get told by customer service that i have refused the temporary fix and i should have temporarily fixed it and dropped it to a garage which all close at 6pm , which i wasnt told to begin with. When AA arrived at 5.55pm and garages close by 6, that said changing a tyre is not my responsibility especially with full protection cover, I expected either a repair on site or a replacement car to be arranged. I have paid good money for the rental and insurance and received nothing but stress and inconvenience . My family and kids have been with me waiting while we have return of nearly 80 miles away from our location. I received no solution from customer service , extremely frustrating attitude carrying no responsibility.I had to pay 20 pounds for parking valid until 6am tomorrow and take a taxi back home costing me over 200 pounds. This matter is extremely frustrating. Our day with the family has been completely hectic due to the lack of professionalism and provocative attitude i received today, which normally is never the case with virtuo and my past experiences.

Hired before in Bristol. Great service, as always. The car was clean, a bit of damage, but nothing major. Will use again.

I booked a car in Virtuo for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The user experience is great with an easy to use app that is very clear and the prices offered are very competitive. I wish they could offer a wider range of cars (currently A class and GLA in London) like in other cities, though. The deposit was given back the very next business day as well as the checking of the damage report. Much better experience than with traditional rental cars. I would love to see if they offer medium term rentals by subscription (ie payment per month) like other companies are doing with electric cars.
