Cannot recommend Rags enough - for both doggy daycare and kennel services. They take such good care of our pooch and he loves going there. So much so, he doesn’t want to leave! Finding a trusty service to look after our pets is not easy, but everything about Rags and Berts is perfect.They allow him to play and interact with other dogs and he has grown into a sweet, well mannered chap, and I really think that Rags has had a huge part to play in that.

Brought both my dogs here for a groom, they were able to do them both at the same time which is great! They’ve come out looking beautiful and smelling divine! Such friendly, dog orientated staff couldn’t be more pleased!

Huge, massive thank you to Sarah at Rags & Bert's for sorting out a last minute doggy hotel change for my dog due to a work trip change. Sarah was able to add in some extra dates and move things around to accommodate my changes without fuss and with a super friendly approach! A total weight off my mind knowing my dog is going to have a great time at Rags & Bert's, just like always, and I am able to attend my work trip fully focused knowing she is in great hands. 10/10, 5 start, gold standard service once again. Cannot recommend Sarah and Rags & Bert's highly enough! Thank you!

This place is wonderful! The staff are all really friendly and helpful.Sarah, who is the lady on the end of the 'phone goes above and beyond to be helpful and is lovely to chat to.My girl goes twice a week to socialise and have fun. She absolutely loves it.We use the Doggy taxi once a week, she knows this and sits at the window waiting for it to arrive. when it does her excitement has to be seen to be believed.She has also boarded there when we have had to be away for any reason and I wouldn't want to board her anywhere else. She comes home happy and healthy. What more can you ask?

Fantastic place, you can tell they really care about the wellbeing of the dogs they board.My dog was a little anxious at first but after few confidence training sessions she loves this place! Now I have full confidence she's having a great time there and I'll definitely use Rag & Bert's again in the future!

Wonderful Team. Yogi had No confidence and was a proper worrier. He had a few Confidence Classes and has spent time with the Team and he's now a different dog. He enjoys his walks and playtime with all the other dogs and has learnt how to have fun and enjoy himself. I can't Thank you All enough and Yogi Loves it.

Our dog loves it here. He’s been going since he was four months old and we really credit Rags and Berts for making him a happy and sociable pup. The staff are amazing and truly love the dogs. We always feel reassured that he’s taken care of.

It is a fabulous place, and my spatial dog loves it, the being I’ve dropped him off for three days. He always looking forward to going in, in the morning, and I collect him in the evening after I work. He crashes out exhausted as it seems he enjoys being there. I would recommend going back there again, and I’m giving this a full five stars
