Excellent company, would highly recommend!

Should be renamed Tardy Gates.Gave me a quote for a side gate, which was quite reasonable. He visited the site for five minutes after several phone calls and a missed appointment to take some cursory measurements, but seemed more interested in getting home and beating the traffic.Then he ghosted me when I tried to get timescales and refused to answer emails, fobbing me off when I phoned. Gave up in the end and went with another supplier.Wouldn’t bother with Purdy Gates if you actually need work doing.

Surely, disorganised, time waster and void of any manners.Hopeless!

We have used Purdy gates on number of different occasions, always been good quality work & reasonable price.

Supplied and fitted two sets of double gates at my house, good service from a chap called John.All gates manufactured at their workshop to exact specification and colour.

Maybe they are a helpful company, based on the other comments. Unfortunately we didn't have much luck in getting them over for a quote. Initially arranged for John to come and quote on Wednesday 27th March, didn't turn up and didn't call. I called next day, John apologized and said he would come 28th afternoon 17.00 - so I rushed home from work, waited and waited, again didn't turn up and no call. I appreciate he may be busy but some communication would be quite helpful.
