Really happy with our new Range Rover Sport Hybrid. Dealt with Jed Powell from start to finish and he really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. He even personally delivered our vehicle. Spent the time to explain all aspects of the sale and has been on hand throughout for any questions. Managed to meet our expectations on our part ex too and he was a pleasant and professional individual at all times. If we deal with Jed again, we’ll definitely be using Strattons again. Great experience at the Stratstone Cardiff. Jed was really helpful throughout, answered any queries and put no pressure on us, just gave lots of helpful advice and support throughout our visit, even though it was not my first rodeo. Jed made the whole process of purchasing the car enjoyable and was really patient throughout. Well what can I sayIf they treat your recovery drivers which drop off you customers cars to a high standardI walk in to see the service manager and you look at me like you don’t want me there because I’ve got Range Rover on the back of my lorry which was booked in by the customer….And then you say…you can’t have it…and then talk to me like I’m like something you just stood in and then say….I’m just a driver….You need to go on a customer care course

I recently purchased a Range Rover Sport SE Dynamic from Stratstone LandRover Cardiff and I have to say, that from start to finish, the experience was excellent. The purchase was effortless and Cameron and Cei were an absolute pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend this dealership.

Having now purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership over the years, I can say that there's been a gradual decline in service levels. However, the latest buying service absolutely takes the biscuit!Avoid if you possibly can until things are done to resolve their new car sales process.• There seems to be an imbalance within the dealership with one salesperson constantly too busy with other customers to provide an acceptable level of service, while other sales colleagues are freely available to answer calls but are not empowered to actually do anything helpful.• Consideration and courtesy for customer’s time is completely absent. Whilst it may be true, when I’m being repeatedly told that a salesperson is too busy with another customer and/or has other commitments that prevent them from returning calls, the message that I hear as a customer is that “Other customers are more important to me than you are. My time and my schedule is more important than yours. You’re at the bottom of my list of priorities”.• The understanding, coordination and communication of the sales process and required paperwork is sorely lacking across the entire sales team that we’ve dealt with. The last week has been farcical with contradictory messages and a last minute panic the day before collection because some documentation was missing – resulting in me being pulled out of a business meeting to attend to things to meet 'their urgent deadlines’• Presentation of the new car for collection was lacking in care and attention to detail. The salesperson had to halt the handover to retrieve additional cleaning products to get rid of smears, marks and streaks.• There seems to be an inherent lack of understanding or just an absence of consideration about the impact of poor service on the overall buying experience and the effect it has on customers.• The response to complaints has been totally unsatisfactory. To be offered a few of the contents out of a paint protection kit in an attempt to make up for the poor service is almost an insult.

I would highly recommend.Josh had been super professional and has kept us regularly updated throughout the delivery process and followed up on all commitments given.

Living 80 miles away from Cardiff, I bought my car without viewing it.The salesman, Christian couldn’t have been anymore helpful & professional.He sent pictures & videos as requested, and answered my calls and emails immediately, even out of hours.On collection day, I was greeted by a lovely receptionist, made to feel welcome, and served a nice cup of tea.The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish.I’m over the moon with the car, and will definitely consider Stratstone JLR in the future.Thank you.
