The shop is clean, well staffed and orderly. I went in to chase up an internet order with the aim of sorting it all out. Although the lady in the shop put me in touch with the right department on the phone... That department of Three let them down. The department said my details etc had not gone through correctly, yet had sent an email confirmation, and called, asking me to return a call, where I was asked to enter my phone number, which it then rejected. They then offered another deal which I didn't want. So I could not allow the order to proceed any further.

Absolutely horrible experience with Three.It is very suspicious that most of the 5* reviews here say little or nothing about what is so great at this phone store. Perhaps making genuine sounding content up is too much effort? One review even mentions how great the food is! It's a phone shop! Most of the reviews about how dreadful it is contain plenty of writing. Are the 5* reviews fake? You decide.I run a local business with plenty of genuine 5* feedback online so I know it when I see it. If any of my staff spoke to a customer as I was spoken to by one member of staff in this store today they would be immediately dismissed. End of. P45 in the post.The problems?1) Shop staff had no authority to fix a genuine problem that they could clearly see.2) Staff had nobody with any authority to call once they realised that they couldn't sort the problem themselves. Either that or they would rather pick a fight than bother.3) Lying and rudeness was the go to defense for lack of authority to fix a problem.It's quite amazing that they're still open. I will be thrilled once the trauma of being a Three customer is finally over!

This people are thieves even when you respect your contract conditions and decide to terminate the contract later they will ask you to pay a huge sum . It’s more like they are trying to trap you done with them

Told I would have signal - Lies, told they would repair for my phone - Lies. Cut off on several occasions by them. Very poor customer services, do not care just want your money. If you want honest advice look elsewhere.

Terrible service! the staff's response to everything is that they can't help. interestingly, after several days of frantic and long hours on the phone, there is always someone who can solve the case

The lady manager was rude to me the moment I walked in and explained I had just upgraded 3 days prior to my visiting the store and had done a rewind as the wrong phone was picked, she slammed me by saying well it can take days to do a rewind, I told her to give me the phone so I called call their Customer Services, 10mins later and all was approved and I was ready to book my new phone in store, the model I wanted the iphone xs max was not on display as was stolen! I asked for the WIFI code so I could check my3 account and that was not working! I then asked if they could tell me on average what my data usage was per month, but their system was down! Not a good start, luckily the girl serving me was a real person who actually listened to me and was way more polite than the manager girl who had a bad attitude, when I flagged this she did not apologize and simply said that just the way she comes accross! Somebody please take note and get this manager put back through training as the only thing she managed was to upset me as a loyal customer and make her store look like a horrible place to work as her attitude was towards her colleagues not just me.... SHAME ON HER!

Although it was reliable mobile operator in Copenhagen, but it's not satisfactory in indoor areas of some cities in the UK. Think and study more before making a contract with them.

I visited the store today to ask about how to set up broadband and talked to Kirstie, she was really helpful and even managed to get a better deal for me than I had been able to find online. The whole team there was really friendly and welcoming
