Excellent service all round! An appointment was available for ear wax clearing within 48 hours (up to 2 weeks elsewhere). The procedure was carried out with great care. I shall certainly return if I need to. No need to look anywhere else!

This is a convenient and well-run private practice in the GP surgery building, providing professional micro-suction wax removal. As an NHS hearing aid user I had my ears checked for wax for free at Chime first, rather than paying for that. It was quick and painless and I have hearing restored!

My husband appointment this morning was fantastic. We were greeted straight away at very short notice and exactly at his appointment time. The procedure was carried out quickly and professionally and the whole process was clearly explained before it was started. The nurse who treated him was very understanding and the procedure was extremely successful.The practice itself was clean and the reception staff welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend this practice.

Must be one of the best in Exeter! Very friendly, very efficient, top class equipment, quick and mess free! Apart from a bit of loud noise when the last bit of wax was removed, this was a very comfortable procedure.
