Knowledgeable helpful staff. I was offered the use of a saw to cut some cladding to fit in my car. It was carried out for me. Good stock levels.

Unhelpful, unfriendly and not interested. I don't write many reviews as I believe in word of mouth recommendations, I called about a trim piece, after the 3rd degree of questions (who I was, had I previously used them, where I had got other materials from, really??) I was told they didnt have stock and was up to a 10 week wait for the single trim (funny thing that) wouldn't recommend to anyone, ill use MK roofing, TDK or nationals in the future.(In reply to the below response, the only frustration I have is dealing with clowns!! The trim was on the shelf at another (more helpful) Fortex supplier who had no strange need to fact find" and not deal with me
