Very disappointed to visit today, this new warehouse in West Bromwich as previous Hyperama customer. The customer service of new Dhamecha was appalling . Very unfriendly staff , did not take any effort to support us. We had driven 20 + miles to get there expecting to purchase few items that we used buy from Hyperama, but we were not allowed as we are no longer their customers. Despite of requesting multiple times for one off purchase until new registration sorted as we were there without the knowledge of the new policy , none of them allowed us to shop . We asked different staff , the lady in-charge refused to help . A waste of trip!! After today’s bad experience we will not consider registering to shop here.

Rude customer service avoid coming to this cash and carry at any costAVOID

Went there to grab heavy items with my wife...we can't pick then up so took our 20 yr old son to do lifting. Only 2 ppl allowed per card now so other half had to wait in car. Will not be coming back!

VERY EXPENSIVE !!!cash & carry it wasn't like this before, all of a sudden its now a lot more expensive than the local shops around, what is the point of shopping there if you can buy cheaper in local shops. The biggest down side to this place is the management, I dont think they understand stock control and if they do then they are not doing it very well, you can hardly ever buy same product twice and on every occasion you goto the wholesaler you'll find that they have shelved things in a different place than the week before. Its a shame such large place but hardly any customers in there and all because there are about a half dozen directors on the floor and no producers. Weldone guys keep it up.

Service is bad & rude, especially the till supervised. We are the customers, treat us nicely .the price on the promotion leaflet is never update on the check out ,watch what u been charged. We travel 80 miles round trip only reason we like the butcher department,Mike is always so nice to every customers.

The yard will sort the men from the boys. Don't just drive in have a look first.
