Excellent service from start to finish after my father's old electric wheelchair from another provider gave up the ghost. Rather than a hard sale Gary gave me advice over the phone to ensure there were no easy fixes. When satisfied my father's existing chair was for the knackers yard Simon was extremely helpful in establishing my father's needs and identifying a chair in their sale that would fit the bill. This was delivered extremely promptly to my father, who needs an electric chair on a daily basis. Can't recommend the staff at Welwyn Garden City highly enough!

We were looking for a wheelchair and used this company after a recommendation. We met Simon at our home. He was able to give some great advice and guided us through the different choices of wheelchair. Eventually we bought a Kuschall champion which suited our needs. Simon's advice and expertise significantly contributed to us buying the right chair for us.We are happy to recommend this company.

Called on Tuesday explained my electric wheelchair was not running as well to Simon who was really helpful and friendly listened to my concernsThe engineer came out had it fixed and sort after 40 minutes.He was careful with what's going on extremely helpful and friendly would highly recommend this company 100 percent

I couldn't be happier with lifestyle and mobility. Simon was friendly, helpful and patient helping me to choose a product that is suitable for my needs. I had several trials of different products until I settled on the twions which are wonderful. It's not just that they help me get about with fewer injuries and less pain and fatigue but I feel like wonder woman zooming all over the place with a grin on my face. I feel more like my old self before things got difficult. I was hoping to find it easier to get from a to b so to feel so good is an unexpected bonus! Thank you lifestyle and mobility and an extra special thank you to Simon!
