I went to the till and the woman was on here phone and when she turned around she said it was closed but it was only 17:23 and it closes at 18;00 so I was annoyed but I just left. I don't even want to give you one star but that's the lowest I can go.

Great place with some amazing cinamon bagels. The trick is to get these fresh and warm, otherwise they become quite chewy. On the odd occasion you do get put off by the burnt ones but I would suggest you return these. The caramel and chocolate sauces are amazing.

Change the opening and closing times. I drope over an hour because it stated it closed at 8pm and got there at 7pm and it was well closed already! Unsure until what time they open for. Very disappointing and disrespectful to a customed.

Auntie Anne is found inside Queensgate Shopping Centre and they specialise in freshly baked pretzels and bagels. When I first came here and presented my tastecard discount they were a little confused bit then got there eventually. I loved their cinnamon pretzels and we go in the morning so it's usually piping hot which is perfect. There's a lot of sugar in them which is what I need in the mounting especially to stay awake after a long day of travelling. The staff here are lovely and fast with a smile on their faces.

Very disappointed, we always loved Annie’s but this time had a old cheesy bites , not very tasty , you could taste the cheese was warmed for long time , just become be crusty and dark colour, I return it whole and got horrible face from the lady, no sorry , nothing. At first I wanted to order something but she said no just what was out, that should be a sign to not to order . Will not come back to this one for sure
