Prime Time Watch Repairs

After doing plenty of research online, I approached Prime Time Watch Repairs to repair my Rolex GMT Master II. It had scratches on the bracelet from the usual wear and tear but also a dent in the case middle. Steve at Prime Time arranged for someone in his network to laser weld and lap the case middle while he took care of the bracelet. My watch came back as good as new, it was a remarkable transformation at a very reasonable price.I would highly recommend Prime Time Watch Repairs.

My ex-military watch suddenly stopped. It took little time for Steve to confirm it could be repaired despite its age and that I work a long distance away. Communication was easy and the repair was completed quickly as stated. He even noted that a previous repairer had fitted an incorrect glass so he did this for me too. An excellent service and great value too. Thank you.

Outstanding, friendly service. Arrived late afternoon on the off-chance I could get a new watch battery fitted.Also asked about minor repairs to the strap and a Fossil leather bracelet.Turned everything round in less than half an hour. Highly recommended.

Took care of a watch for me that I’d damaged with water after leaving the crown open! The guys in the shop have an amazing facility and did a great job cleaning the watch up. It was quite damaged inside and they took great care of it and have looked into sourcing me some new parts which I will arrange in the not too distant future. I recently bought a Tudor Sub 79090 that had seen better days. It was battered and was running erratically. I got in touch with Steve after a recommendation from a friend, and I can honestly say that dealing with him was a breath of fresh air. I had some quite specific requirements for the watch which Rolex/Tudor would not accommodate, but Steve listened to everything I said and delivered me back a watch, that was better than I could have ever hoped for. Him and his team have done the most amazing job of bringing my watch back to life, and it's not just me saying that, anyone I've shown the before and after photos to, have agreed as well (posted with this review). I needed a new battery in my Seamaster and have it resealed and pressure tested. Main dealers charge a fortune and take a couple of weeks to send it off. A watch collector friend of mine recommended Prime Time so I took it in. An hour later I had it back pressure tested and less than a third of the dealer price! Friendly service and he had just got back from training in Switzerland adding Cartier to his approvals. A serious setup. Recommended.
