Marlow stoves came to install our log burner earlier this week , the third burner we have purchased from them , the job was not as easy as they anticipated , luckily with skill , patience and perseverance they overcame the problem . Both Gav and Gareth were totally friendly and professional !

Marlow Stoves provided a fantastic service from the initial survey to installation and aftercare. Henry Folley came to our house to do the survey and discuss the best options for us, then throughout the process, we were kept informed of the progress of our order and installation date. On the day of installation, Henry and his team arrived at the time stated, they covered the entire room with dust sheets and plastic covering, before they started the installation. The installation went smoothly without any issues and once completed the house was left spotless. Henry then showed us how to light the stove and recommend firelighters and suppliers of kiln-dried logs in the area.As stated before it was a fantastic service.

A very big thank you to Marlow Stoves and their awesome team of installers. The guys were very thorough and professional, made sure all my furniture was covered in dust sheets and took great care in ensuring all dust was extracted outside. Cleaned up everything once the installation was complete. Gareth took time to explain the efficient operation of my new stove and answer all my questions. I'm really happy with the result and cannot recommend them enough!

Marlow Stoves have supplied and fitted four gas stoves for me - RAIS, Chesney and Stovax brands. They've also supplied bespoke marble and metalwork. The team have worked with me through a long renovation and have been absolutely fantastic, despite numerous challenges along the way. They're knowledgeable, honest and get the job done properly. If you need a stove, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Thank you to Henry, Lucie, James and all the fitters.

Henry, Lucie and the team were absolutely fantastic. Easily the best I team I have worked with. Very professional and very very fair pricing.Marlow Stoves took us through designing, ran with supplying and then fitting our two stoves and fireplaces. They only took a day to install but the finished product is outstanding and are the centre piece of the room.Having looked around and had multiple quotes, my advice is stop wasting your time like I did and go with this team.

James and Emma both went above and beyond in sourcing and supplying 2 stoves for me. I had a tight time schedule in order to receive the stoves, thanks to their amazing efforts they were received and installed on time.

I had a HETAS wood burning stove fitted with hearth and mantel. Gareth and the team were extremely professional and friendly. They cleaned up everything after installation and left the site very tidy. They explained how to use the stove and how to clean it at length. I love the wood burner and based on my experience of Marlow Stoves from discussing my needs to ordering and installation I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

The three G's as I will call them (Galveston, Gareth and Glen) recently installed our log burner. I was so impressed with their work ethics, knowledge and politeness. Before contacting Marlow Stoves I read a review where the person said he had numerous quotes and wished he had just gone direct to Marlow Stoves. That review influenced my decision because that is what I did. I had no price comparison because dealing with Henry and the showroom team I felt reassured I was making the right choice.
