While my wife and I had a relatively clear idea of the look we wanted it was only through Cheryl's vision and expertise that our concept was brought together in reality. Cheryl clearly understands her craft in minute detail. Most importantly she helped to not only advise on the design but also the balance between aesthetics, practicality and usability. There are also the many details behind the scenes in any bathroom (that we hadn't really considered) that Cheryl was able to guide us through. Would highly recommend. Thank you Cheryl

We recently had 3 bathrooms completely gutted and rebuilt and a new WC room created in our home by DeVal Bathrooms and were highly impressed with their advice and work, and the way in which these were delivered.Initially we were unsure as to what exactly we wanted. James in particular had some excellent ideas that we had not previously considered and explained these, and answered our questions, clearly and patiently. Cheryl was very helpful in terms of design advice.The work started on the day expected and was preceded by an onsite briefing in which the work and schedule for the project was confirmed. During the project we were given very useful and regular updates so we were always fully informed about what to expect.The team worked very efficiently and effectively and were always tidy and considerate. The areas they worked in were always left spotless at the end of each day. James has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of bathroom construction and an eye for perfection. He was a very hands on project manager and ensured all aspects of the work were completed to a consistent and very high standard.The Deval team and subcontractors were a pleasure to have in our home and we were absolutely delighted with the entire process from start to finish, and are extremely pleased with the final outcome.We cannot recommend them highly enough

It has been a pleasure working with James, Cheryl and the whole team, and I have no hesitation with a five star recommendation.This was the second time we had asked De Val to install bathrooms. De Val had previously renovated a downstairs toilet and shower. We were so happy with the experience we had no hesitation to ask them to renovate the family bathroom and a bedroom ensuite.Cheryl is brilliant and listens carefully to all your wishes. She makes excellently chosen suggestions without being pushy. She expertly guides you through the whole design process with patience. It is amazing how she is so understanding with our indecision over tile choices, when finally we chose the tiles she suggested in the first place.James and the team are the experts and just know what they are doing. They are careful not to intrude on your privacy and make sure they tidy everything up after each days work. We were able to just let them get on with things unsupervised with complete trust. The workmanship was excellent and we are delighted with the result. Even when things went wrong, James and the team quickly resolved the problem without any questions being asked. The shower wall glass accidentally broke during the installation; lots of glass everywhere, the shower basin damaged and one of the team having to quickly get stitches. Fortunately the human damage was limited to stitches. James made sure the shower basin was repaired as new and replaced the glass. Today you would not know what had happened.I can't praise the team more. The team was awesome!

We bought our bathroom fittings from DeVal and couldn't be more pleased with the products and the service. Cheryl was super helpful in advising us what to choose, everything was checked before delivery and delivered promptly. We used our own fitter and DeVal were very helpful in answering questions and getting us help with installing the taps (Graff seem to have their own particular way of doing things!). Would definitely recommend!

Choosing the right combination of bathroom fittings and tiles for four bathrooms in one go is a daunting task! Our experience with Cheryl and her wonderful team at DeVal Bathrooms made the job of navigating this process so much easier. Guiding anyone to the right combination of tiles for floors and walls requires a lot of experience, which DeVal seems to have loads of. This resulted in the creation of stunning designs, all of which we are delighted with. Cheryl was always available to help, with her amazing attention to detail, fast response, impressive knowledge of products and calming influence during our new build experience, which took away so much stress. We cannot recommend DeVal Bathrooms highly enough. If we could give them 10 stars rather the full five here, we would have done so - thank you so much!

I had been to a number of other companies around Cambridge but DeVal stood out, they are are a high quality but competitive bathroom design company and helped us achieve our vision for our en-suite to budget, working with us to design the bathroom, source products and then worked with our own installer to deliver the bathroom on time and to a superb specification! Cheryl was very knowledgeable on all products, has great attention to detail and often went over and above but always remained calm! We LOVE our new bathroom and would absolutely recommend DeVal, fantastic company and customer service!
