First class treatment so kind to our very poorly dog Charlie. He seem to to responding to the treatment now very slow but he's fine. Went to another vet 2 years ago who wrote him off but he's still with us making me & my very happy thank you so much what you do.Mike

Lost a loyal customerMy pets have been registered for over 20years here and never had a problem u til recently. I rang up and bought flea/wormer for my elderly cat on Friday 29th Sep, paid to have it sent out. No problem or so I thought I’ve been doing this for years. A week went by nothing arrived. So a rang on Monday 9th Oct which is a mission in its self. Only to be told I should have it by now it had been sent out in a Jiffy bag on Friday 6thOct (a week after I purchased it). I asked how it was sent out and was told 2nd class. Thought I’d give it another couple of days with it being 2nd class. Still no medication so 2 weeks later 13th Oct I took time off work to get there in person before they closed. When I arrived and asked to pick it up in person I was told I’d have to repurchase it by the nurse, only Sarah could authorise me picking it up. Off she went to try to speak to Sarah a good 10mins passed but Sarah had already left (she was a long time to say she’d already left) I was assured it would arrive and it was indeed sent last Friday 6th OctWhen I asked if they have proof of postage or how it was sent I was then told that the nurse had given it to Sarah but didn’t know how she’d sent it.Now giving a 17year old cat that I suspect has worms is not fun, she’s uncomfortable. Not at any point was I asked how my cat was or offered at least one months supply just to see her through. (I bought 3)On my way home not happy feeling fobbed off I rang my bank who refunded me the payment as the vets had no proof of postage. Then on Monday 16th Oct I get a card through from royal not enough postage was paid on an item. I’ve been to my local Royal Mail Drop and it was in fact the medication in a Jiffy bag with only one 2nd class stamp on it, it wasn’t sent out until 14thOct. I didn’t pay the £1.50 for postage so the medication will get sent back to the vets.Long story short, they actually don’t care how your pet is. They are over subscribed and short staffed. If they’d of only said we don’t have time to send it out I’d of gone to pick up sooner instead I was lied too. Leaving my elderly cat uncomfortable for an extra 2weeks unnecessarily.I’ve since registered my cat somewhere else, got through in one ring and an appointment the next day with the nurse.Over 20yrs of business lost

Excellent 5 star service and great helpful Staff they treat my little fur-baby exactly how I would have wanted and they are the only Vets i trust and will only ever use from now on

This place has been fantastic staff amazing couldn’t of taken my dog to a better vets. She’s on the mend. Thanks great prices on treatment but would give my arm and leg for my dog but this place doesn’t charge that.

Absolutely amazing staff, they don't over charge, and your pet is their first priority

took my cat here to get neutered and she died whilst in their care. no underlying health conditions that we knew of and no communication on their side other than them trying to call me twice whilst i was working. stated they’d been “trying to contact me all afternoon” which was a lie. only found out she had passed when a family member went to collect her after her surgery and she was told to call me and that my cat had died, even though we had other pets that went here and they had my family members contact information but obviously didn’t think to get in touch. wouldn’t recommend.

Having taken my Dog to this vets, the service to my dog and myself was far beyond what I was expecting. The swiftness, politeness and compassion was welcomed at such a stressful time. This definitely will be the vets for my animals future.
