Bubbleology Milton Keynes (ASDA)

The milk is decent but everything else tastes watery and artificial as it is heavily diluted. The tea flavour is non existent. Inefficient staff causing long queues.

Popped to this one and asked for the lush berry milk drink only to be told that half the menu on display wasn’t available as they didn’t know how to do them.And throughout waiting to be served I noticed the guy kept dropping the drinks and topping them with a can of Sprite.Absolutely appalling.

Went to order a bubble tea at around 7 today - was stood waiting to order while the boy running the stand failed to acknowledge me and stood and talked to a young girl on the other side of the counter. I was stood for around 20 minutes and tried to get his attention but he continued to ignore me and keep talking. He also had airpods on and was talking to someone through these. I was so irritated by the lack of service that I walked off as he clearly couldn’t be bothered to serve me. Wouldn’t recommend as I couldn’t even get a drink!

It’s an alright bubble tea place. There are better ones there are also worst ones. Opted for a brown sugar milk tea and it tasted awful. Told the woman making the drinks and she was more than happy to swap it out for a strawberry fruit tea with mango popping pearls which was much nicer. However still don’t think I’ll rush back

I had a disgusting experience with the staff this evening!! I went in just for one bubble tea to be passively told “well you could get chocolate milk in the store for cheaper and it would taste better. do you actually still want me to make it?” i was put in such an uncomfortable position, as i was being made to feel bad for going into a store that was clearly still open, and the girl was even making a bubble tea for someone else right before i was served. i was upset by her comment and how she made me feel so i didn’t even bother ordering. this staff need to be taught some manners and customer service skills!!! so incredibly rude!!! i wasn’t sure of her name but she had curly hair.

I had a great time at Bubbleology with my family. We tried the strawberry and creams as well as the pomegranate and lychee drinks. The strawberry and creams were better, although still a bit too sweet for my taste. Service was ok, although it took 20 minutes to obtain my order due to the long queue.

I've had a mixture of experiences here, which is why I'm giving only 3 stars.The first time I went the girl was lovely and very helpful. The second time the service was ok, not good but not terrible either, maybe couldn't been a bit more friendly. Third time, the guy messed up my drink, which I didn't realise until I got home, he barely acknowledged me and was extremely slow. My drink in the end tasted like straight milk, instead of the vanilla and coconut that I ordered, I guess he forgot to add the powder, which was a waste of money. This time the tapioca balls were hard and clumped together in a huge ball (the picture is after I'd attempted to break up the balls); where the balls had been quite hot (by the look of the steam when the girl serving put it in the cup), the drink was now barely cold. If I ever do go back I'll just order a fruit drink, which they don't seem to mess up, unlike the milk drinks which are constantly hit and miss.
