Alisons' FiftyFiveFit classes are chair based , help with muscle tone,flexibility and balance. You don't have to go full tilt all the time just try your best. A friendly professional trainer.

I try to go to two sessions a week because I can feel the difference after the exercises. When I first went I couldn't freely lift my right arm but now can raise this arm over my head. My overall fitness has improved beyond my expectations.The group's are friendly, but it is Alison who motivates you to try and do your best. She will listen if you ask about specific exercises for your complaint and show you something you can do at home if necessary. She holds the classes attention with useful information about the muscles you use as you exercise them, random other information and a sharp wit. Tea or coffee after the class for a social chat. What more could you want !

My mum really enjoys the classes , she thinks Alison is brilliant. She tells me Alison makes the class really fun and clearly tenacious in what she does. The classes are so good for people’s mental and physical health and they also have a really good social element. Would completely recommend

Alison is an excellent teacher. She is always very mindful of the age, ability and health of all the people taking her class. She is always very aware of any individuals personal difficulties and does her best to encourage and challenge them. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We improve our health and mobility and have fun doing it.

If you want to keep fit, improve your mobility and balance at the same time as having fun, come to Alison’s classes.The Zoom classes during Lockdown were wonderful as a means to keep active and they provided a degree of normality during that time.Alison’s sense of humour makes the class worthwhile. She sets the right balance in more ways than one!Thanks Alison.
