I am disabled and have in the past been unable to shop in next due to too many clothes rails so unable to get to sections of the shop. I did email next and gave them feedback about my difficulty. 17 months later I have been in 2 of their shops in Aberdeen and 1 in Edinburgh which was the one I could not get in. I am so pleased to report they listened to the feedback and both shops in Aberdeen are very easy to shop in now, so I would recommend next to everyone.

Excellent (store pick-up)

Waist of time to come here to shop for girls, boys all there, but girls no jackets and limited school clothes for girls only thos round stand . No enough room for girls all other clothes, that what I have been told by management. Waist of time

I ordered online and picked it up at Next Berryden. I tried it on my son, and it didn't fit, so I returned it the next day. She (store manager) asked for a receipt/tag, but the store did not provide a receipt at the time of collection. I took the puddle suit to a different branch and explained the situation; they only needed my Next account information. Incompetent manager, rude, and lacks customer service skills

Ordered some items online amd opted for click and collect. This is free to do and was available in a couple of days. I was also able to arrange a collection time window. Social distance was adhered and there was no fuss. I liked the overall experience.

Sales racks are a mess and there's no staff. Huge queues at every till. Most people doing returns even though there is a self return kiosk at the door. Changing rooms unmanned and most rooms were storing more stock so only two out of six were usable. I'll just order online next time.

The staff here are so pleasant and friendly, even though I’m always returning stuff I’ve ordered on line.Don’t know how they cope with the volume of orders and returns and still serve all their other customers. And all done with a smile. Well done. F

Shop ok in general...but trying to get served is hellish...either long queues and staff are slow..dont know what they are doing..they call another collegue over..then thats 2 serving 1 cust....or no queue with no one on the counter...I understand theres things to do on shop floor....but why isnt there a bell!.....I stood ages the other day...was tempted to leave my goods on counter and walk out!!...and when she did arrive..she wasnt givin a flyin flipflop....

It's a nice branch which also now houses a Costa coffee shop upstairs, making it even better
